In this 3-hours session, you’ll join other women in an open, supportive environment where you can dive deep into your connection to your motherline.

This workshop is for you if you feel..

Like you’re holding emotional patterns or wounds that aren’t fully yours:

generational pain, silence, or roles passed down through the women in your family.

Disconnected from your feminine power

- or unsure how to embody it in a way that feels true, grounded, and alive

A deep curiosity or longing to understand the women who came before you—

what they lived, felt, sacrificed, and how that echoes in your own life.

 Ready to end cycles, honour your roots,

-and reclaim the forgotten wisdom that lives in your body and your bloodline.

This workshop is about…

Honouring the women that came before You.

Before we can fully become ourselves, we must look back with compassion and curiosity. This is a space to honour the stories of the women who came before you—known and unknown. Their resilience, silence, strength, and sorrow live in your bones. In this workshop, you’ll begin to gently connect with their presence, their patterns, and their power. You’ll create space for remembrance, forgiveness, and healing.

The workshop

In this 3 hours session, you’ll join other women in an open, supportive environment where you will cultivate Self-love through, mind, body and community. Here’s what we’ll do:

Explore your maternal lineage through storytelling, journaling, and embodied practices to reveal what’s been passed down to you.

Powerful coaching technique used to identify and release inherited patterns and reconnect with self-love and the strength of your feminine tribe.

Anchor your healing in the body with gentle movement and somatic practices that support emotional release, clarity, and connection.

Join if you want to:

Understand the unseen threads connecting your story to the women before you

—and begin to transform what has been unconsciously inherited.

Deepen your connection to your feminine identity,

- not just as a personal experience, but as a collective and ancestral journey.

The workshop will be conducted in English and French. There will be a short break with hot tea and cake. Yoga mats and bolsters are provided. Bring a comfy plaid and a journal.

Reconnect with you Feminine Energy

In this 3-hour session, 17 women met in an open, supportive environment where they explored both their feminine and masculine energies using different tools: yoga, intuitive dance, guided meditations and exercices.
