Renting in the Dolomites

Chalet Il Salieto - a Mountain Sanctuary

Our family chalet is located in the quiet village of Borca di Cadore, in the heart of the Dolomites and just 15 km from Cortina d’Ampezzo. It is ideally positioned away from the busy main road, offering peace, privacy, and close contact with nature, while remaining close to one of the most famous mountain destinations in Italy.

The chalet is a standalone mountain house surrounded by a large private garden and majestic scenery. The Torrente Boite flows nearby, and forest paths and walks begin directly from the garden. The area is perfect for quiet walks in the forest, nature immersion, and refreshing daring swims in the river during summer.

The house offers six bedrooms: three double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a bunk bed, and one single bedroom. There are three bathrooms in total. The main living space is an open-plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a large table for shared meals.

Outside, a sunny terrace facing east offers the perfect setting for breakfast and gatherings, with morning sun and open mountain views.
The chalet can be rented in winter, summer, or other seasons by personal request. There is no direct booking system. Please contact me

Renting in Venice

Ca’ Solfarin — A delightful apartment in Cannaregio

My brother Matteo manages a charming Venetian apartment in the midst of the Venitian real life in Cannaregio: quiet corners, small canals, and the bustle of lively ‘calli’. This space is ideal for remote workers, city explorers, or anyone wishing to stay in a more authentic part of Venice.

Renting in Umbria

Villa Pandolfi Elmi — A Historic Home in the heart of Italy

Villa Pandolfi Elmi is a historic family home located in Umbria. The villa is set at the foot of the gentle rolling hills surrounding Spello. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden and open countryside, offering space, tranquillity, and a deep sense of calm.

This house is ideal for holidays and family stays, combining the distinctive elegance of an historic house from 18th century  and the slower rhythm of Umbrian life. Its location makes it an excellent base for exploring the rich cultural heritage of the region, with many beautiful medieval towns nearby, including Spello, Assisi, Montefalco, Foligno, or Perugia. It is also a fantastic base to discover the surrounding nature and its gastronomic richness.
